Non-Interest Bearing:

Small Business Checking

• $100 minimum deposit required

• No monthly Service Charge if you maintain an average daily balance of $1000 or more 

• $10 monthly Service Charge if your average daily balance is $999.99 or less

• Online Banking and Bill Pay 

• Cash Management is available for a monthly fee

• 75 free debits per statement cycle; $0.25 each over 75

• Monthly image statements or e-statements available online


Business Analysis

If your account has high activity (i.e., more than 100 debits each month and multiple deposits made up of multiple items), we may place you in an analysis account. A simple review of your current bank statements should be able to determine if you need this type of account.

Documentation Needed

• New Account Applications for the company and all individuals signing on the account

• Current Business License

• Verification of the company's Tax ID Number

• Recorded Articles of Incorporation or Articles of Organization

• Minutes authorizing the opening of the account and specifying which individuals can sign

• Two forms of identification for each signer, one being an unexpired driver's license
